Reporting a problem

Include the app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, selected app language, selected city or location mode, and a short description of what happened. Do not send precise coordinates or other sensitive information unless necessary and you choose to do so.

Common checks

• Confirm that location and notification permissions are enabled when those features are needed.
• Verify the selected city, time zone and prayer calculation method.
• For prayer-time or fasting decisions, compare with a trusted local authority.
• If a widget is stale, open the app once to refresh its shared data.
